Just a few life updates…

1. I started my new job. Everything about it rules. I still think someone is going to walk up behind me one day, tap my shoulder and say “HAHA JUST KIDDING! We didn’t really hire you. Are you kidding me? You suck! This was a joke! LEAVE!” Regardless, I’m thankful every single day to be working with the coolest, smartest, most driven people I’ve ever met in my life and so far, going into work each morning has been nothing but exciting. 

2. Speaking of work, I’m heading back to LA at the end of the month for a week to cover a client event. I’m stoked to hang out with my team and get to know them a little better, kick some social media ass and hopefully see my friends again. And of course, I’m excited to listen to house music in a more accepting environment.

3. I got a tattoo? Yes, I got a tattoo. It’s on my left forearm and it’s rather large but it’s the best and I love it and I’m already planning #2.

4. I’m hosting the first annual Friendsgiving dinner at my apartment on Sunday night for about 18 people and I’m in charge of the turkey. I’m in charge of the fucking turkey. Wish me luck.

4. I’m heading to Connecticut for Thanksgiving to see my family. I can’t wait to play with the not-so-little-anymore babies. Hopefully they still love Auntie Megan as much as they did this past summer.

5. Obama was reelected!!! Gay marriage was legalized in three more states!!! I’m pretty excited about the future!!! Who wants to get married?!?!
